This page outlines the terms, conditions, and disclaimers for using the Pinnacle Transformations, LLC self-guided programs.

 

1. Program Suitability and Age Requirement

•All programs have been designed exclusively for adults over the age of 18.

•Use of these programs is subject to all terms outlined below.

 

2. Professional Disclaimer and Health Warning

•The provider of these self-guided programs, while holding extensive training and experience in Life Coaching and Hypnosis, is NOT a licensed physician, registered dietician, or licensed mental health professional.

•Hypnosis is offered solely as a self-improvement, behavior modification and lifestyle change tool.

•Sessions and program materials are not to be perceived in any way as a diagnosis.

•The materials are not to be used as a replacement for treatment, counseling, or therapy provided by a licensed medical or mental health professional.

•PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR PRIOR TO STARTING ANY WEIGHT REDUCTION OR EXERCISE PROGRAM.

 

3. Responsibility for Results

•As with any self-improvement program, results will vary and are not guaranteed.

•As this is a self-guided program, you are solely responsible for your progress.

•You take sole responsibility for your results.

 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

•Refunds are not allowed on the basis of less-than-optimal results.

•No Refunds allowed once the participant has started the program.

Note: "Started the program" includes accessing the program dashboard, downloading files, or utilizing any of the weekly program materials.

•Cancellation Grace Period: Cancellations will be granted within three (3) days of registering for the program providing you have not started the program or utilized any of the weekly program materials.

5. Program Usage and Intellectual Property

•All program content, scripts, and materials are for the individual purchaser’s personal use only.

•Sharing, selling, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Data Sharing and Privacy Policy

•Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Wix and PayPal. We do not personally collect or store your payment details.

•Data Use: Your email and personal information (name, address) collected during registration are used solely for granting program access, communicating essential program updates, and processing cancellations.

•Data Sharing: We rely on the privacy and security protocols of the Wix platform and PayPal for data protection. Your information is shared only with these trusted third-party partners to facilitate site operation and service delivery.
